Nu_dō is the studio’s inner compass: a way of thinking about incompleteness, adaptability, collective authorship and the discreet relationship between matter, light and human life.
Poetics of Space
The building is no passive entity; it transfigures into a lived experience. We design spaces that forge a resonant past (moments), awaken emotions, and illuminate the intimacy of dwelling.
Truth of the Void
The boundary between the “within” and the “without” dissolves. Natural elements integrate organically, allowing the built form to coexist in harmony with its environment. Memory is knowledge; the materials unveiled through design elevate the value of the past.
Dynamics of the Nu
